RENTAL CONDITIONS
The apartment is rented out for minimum 7 days, usually from Saturday to Saturday.

The rental rate includes: Bed linen, towels (except beach towels), hot and cold water, electricity and gas, and use of central heating when required. Also includes exclusive use of pool and jacuzzi (middle and high season) and BBQ.
For rentals of one month (or more) during the low season, we give a special rate per week.
